His involvement in landmark projects demonstrates his ability to shape successful trail destinations through a clear understanding of market dynamics, natural, cultural and social values, legislative and planning context, and rider expectations.

Our effectiveness is based on Rob’s ability to integrate strategic planning with on-the-ground delivery. He has led feasibility studies, developed funding applications, and managed complex construction projects, working closely with councils, tourism bodies, and private landholders. His practical experience ensures trail designs are achievable, sustainable, and aligned with rider needs and land management objectives, while his strategic insight helps secure buy-in and investment.

In addition to his planning and construction expertise, Rob is highly experienced in mountain bike tourism marketing, content creation, and industry engagement. He has provided talent and locations for national and global media campaigns, developed destination branding materials, and supported local businesses in building MTB-aligned products and services.
